One of the ultimate goals of almost anyone is to be happy or successful. However, this achievement seems to be far from reach; because we have been looking at the wrong side of life for long. Finding your happiness should be one of the simplest ways to enjoy life.

We have been programmed to respond to what this generation terms as “normally life.” This apparently makes people feel unfit for the so-called normal life increasing the level of unhappiness in them. The major cause is stress which is a psychological disturbance.

Today, I would like you to acknowledge the fact that finding your happiness is not rocket science. It’s pretty simple. unhappiness is just a mood indicating there is something wrong. Experts say the brain is mainly designed for survival, not for happiness. It, therefore, releases the bad feeling of cortisol when it sees anything related to a bad feeling in your past life. Grieving the death of a loved one could make you feel empty for a very long time. Unless you let it go; you would never find life intriguing. It’s very sad to notice how people sell their natural rights to happiness to others. If finding your happiness has been a mere dream in your life; then you must cut down any third person or thing that provides you with happiness.

You have started searching for happiness from the wrong places. Before you really become happy; learn how to develop self-love.

It will work out only if you make yourself happy. Never let your happiness depend on anyone. Even if you think of any special person being your sunshine; make sure you already have your own sunlight.
