In a hectic world of billions of people, everyone is striving for freedom, happiness, and the best of all, success. People search every corner to find the key to success.

The question here is; “is there any key to success?. Before I go any further, you may want to read my article explaining the 7 Steps to Success.

Today, I would like us to look into what constitutes success and how to go about it. In the morning, when you wake up from the bed, the first thing you think about would probably be about living a happy life.

In view of that, you need to up your game at your workplace, ensure proper relationships with people around you, work toward your lofty dreams, and ensure self-discipline.

Before I go any further, I want you to know that this world has seen great men of success. They all have something in common which happens to be the secret to success. From a broader perspective, we cannot conclude that there is one single thing which is the key to success.

You will surely read about many different views about what exactly opens the portal of success. And to be honest, the most important you could ever do is to:

However, in my argument, I will propose what really should be the key to success. Billionaires such as Mark Cuban, Bill Gates Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and others have revealed that reading is one of the secrets to their successful lives. That’s quite amazing but I see it as just a portion of the whole story.

In an attempt to address the most important thing to success, Allan Mulally gave a proper demonstration to his executive staff. Before I share this with you, let’s know who Allan is. He is the former Ford CEO.

In my opinion of determining what really is the key to success is not one, but hard work and perseverance. I see it as the backbone of every business enterprise or any successful person.

For sure, you have to plan, ensure a positive mindset, work hard, show love and self-discipline but if you ever give up, all your beautiful plans and hard work will fade out like smoke. It will be nonexistent.

The real key to success is nothing more than hard work and perseverance. You need to stand firm like a deep-rooted tree that withstands the strongest wind. Your resilience to failure, temptations, dept, losses, and all the negativities will yield a greater result of success.
