Putting God First Gives Your Future Life A Beautiful Ending

Christians have no excuse not to put God first. Don’t tell him you will handle your little problems and leave behind the bigger ones for him. It is time you allow him to lead you throughout your entire life on earth. Your success, safety, happiness, and salvation is assured. And there is nothing worth than that.

If you read the Bible very well, you will understand why you must put God first and relate it to your life

Have you ever thought to put God first in everything you do?. If not, then whom do you put first?. Your mum? Dad? Wife? Husband? gods? or what at all?. It doesn’t work so easily. Indeed Christianity is not for sissies. You need to love God more than yourself, mother, father… Give him the steering wheel of your life. You will never be late for everything you do. He’s got bigger plans for you.

Anyone who fails to let God take the lead in his career, education, business, marriage, relationships, etc. is on the verge of failing. It simply means you have rejected the chief cornerstone.

Your foundation wouldn’t last long. It won’t survive when the rainstorm comes. Look, you need someone greater to be your protective shield, your advocator and comforter.

Something existed before you came down unto this earth. Someone existed before you became a human being just like me and anyone else. This world has existed a long time ago… Generations have come and gone, civilization has risen and declined. It is your turn today to make the best out of the rest of your natural life before you regret anything.

I’m here to make you understand why you must put God first in everything you do. It’s pretty common to hear this saying but often our challenges drive our attention from relying on God in the first place.

Simple facts To Remember

1. You Don’t Have A Choice

You did not choose to be on earth: God formed you in your mother’s womb right after having Sex with her man(fertilization). Look at you now: You are fearfully and wonderfully made. He made you for a purpose. If you don’t know — find it!.

2. You Are Powerless

Without HIM you are nothing. You can’t control nature. Any attempt you make to defy nature will bring about unpleasant consequences. Unless that attempt is from God.

3. There Is Someone Greater

The only person who has absolute control over everything is God. This is one major reason why you must put God first. He has absolute control over all creation and even death. This tells us that your complicated problems are so easy for God to solve. Exalt his majestic name above all things.

4. He Knows You Better

God knows you better than you even know yourself. Your destiny, fate and everything about you is not hidden from him.

Considering the above-listed facts you ought to put God first before you begin anything. Let him take the lead: Follow him wherever he goes

Why You Must Put God First

According to the Bible God has led more than enough people into redemption. He is the same God today. When he moves ahead… There is nothing to fear.

The Palmist gave as a perfect example:

“A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters” (Psalms 23:1-2).

The ancient believers allowed God to lead:

“This was not as we had expected, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God” (2 Corinthians 8:5).

The life we live today is more complicated than we could ever know. There is nothing like genuine success, freedom, and happiness without sacrifice. But ask yourself; what kind of sacrifice will you make to attain whatever you really need in life?.

It might be your time, energy, wisdom, money, wealth etc.

For Christians, I will say we have been redeemed from all the shackles of pains and sorrows already. You know why?. God made the sacrifice for us. His grace has open portals for us to live without fear. Although challenges will come — it will never be forever.

That evil storm will surely cease. We are already at war. Many of us don’t have spiritual eyes. And so don’t see what happens in the spiritual realm. Let me tell you this; There are known and unknown enemies lurking in darkness to destroy your life and anything you hold dear to. I recommend reading my article about Spiritual awareness and how it affects your entire existence.

God is the Alpha and the Omega. He must come first in your life

You can’t do it all alone. That is why you must put God first. Let him fight for you. Trust him and you will forever be protected from the schemes of the Devil.

The Bible has plainly said we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood but demons and all kinds of evil forces in high places ( Ephesians 6:12).

It Is Not Too Late – A Lesson From The Richest Man In Singapore

There are a couple of rich men who have tasted success in their lives without knowing God. Truly they did not put God first but in reality, they miss something essential. Until they came into the realization that they are missing something essential — all their wealth and monies are useless. The Bible tells us why it will be difficult for a rich man to gain salvation.

Let’s take the richest man in Singapore,
Philip Ng Chee Tat for instance. This man is a billionaire. But finally he has recognized that; the most important thing a man can do is to fear God and make him the first in everything.

In an interview with Believers Portal he said:

“I have discovered all of us are broken, we all have a missing piece. For me, I discovered the missing piece was God in Jesus Christ,” the billionaire is quoted as saying. “A better life, a better purpose, better me and a better everything. I was looking at all the wrong things.”

Philip is right. He was been looking at the wrong things. Your money, fame, wealth, beauty and everything you have is worthless if you don’t have God in your life.

Put God First — Keep Moving With Him

For those of us Christians who have already decided to put God first in everything we do; I will say keep the faith alive. God has promised his Children to give them a brighter future. But it doesn’t mean you wouldn’t face challenges. Stay strong and fight the good fight

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Leads me in the land of uprightness” (Psalms 143:10)

You need to make good use of your brain. Work hard, plan your life well, pray often and see the glorious intervention of your maker in all aspects of your life.

Being successful in life without God is like an empty barrel that makes noise. You need him every single day.
