I found this Oliver Wendell Holmes’s quote and felt enchanted. I said to my self this carries a powerful message.
He was born on March 8, 1841, and died in the year March 6, 1935, to an American jurist who was known to have served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from the year 1902 to 1932.
Holmes grew up in within an environment of intellectuals.
When he was still in Harvard College he wrote essays about philosophic themes and went ahead to Emerson to read his attack on Plato’s idealist philosophy.
Now take a at this Oliver Wendell Holmes’s quote:
“The great thing in this world is not
so much where you stand; as in what direction you are moving”
