People never get satisfied with money and wealth. The world must see this as a menace that needs to be curtailed. However, it would be much difficult than anything. They always want to withhold unduly.
There we are in a world of 7 billion people. Each and everyone has his own goals, beliefs, and motives. We can never be on equal grounds. So the gap between us yields what we called “difference.” Contentment is one major thing to help care for the needs of others.
An unhealthy attempt to abridged any difference between you and someone else might result in covetousness, hatred, rivalry, fight and so on and so forth.

In this post, I would like to address this disturbing issue in a way that will expose anyone that has refused to be content with his/her life. In addition, you would find out some crucial importance of contentment in life.
Have you ever seen a greedy person before?. He is just like a foodie who has made gluttony his hallmark. No wonder the Bible has made it clear that gluttony is a sin. They often feel proud of what they could do. You can easily identify them.
Why Some Ain’t Contented With Money
Mankind always craves for more whether there is more or less available. Honestly, our generation is never satisfied with one thing. And this thing I am talking about is MONEY.
If you think I am telling lies or mistaking asks yourself; Has any billionaire/ come to say he is ok with his money and wealth and so he is not going to chase money again?.
Even if anyone dares say that… there is a secret. Oh yes, he can willfully quit his job. But the BIGGEST question here is; has he shut down his investments. Hell No!. He will never do that because although he has quit his job— his money is now doing the job and bringing in more returns. This is common sense. I don’t condemn it but I am just using it as a scenario of how mankind is obsessed with money.
Don’t get me wrong. Not all rich people are greedy. Some are genuinely putting in more effort to earn their monies. THE PROBLEM begins when they start idolizing money and withholding unduly.
Don’t tell me every rich man will reject a money gift of $1, 000,000. The fact is MONEY DOESN’T SATISFY.
Earning money is not a crime, neither a sin but letting it rule your life makes it a sin. The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil said the Bible.
The World Of Greediness — They No Nothing About Contentment
You must know that there are unhealthy competitions ruining our relationships, friendships, jobs, and businesses. Contentment is a foreign word to our today’s generation.
This world is made up of self-conceited people. They don’t care if it takes to kill a fellow to own his wealth. This is what is happening in our world now.
Sometimes when we speak the truth we become enemies to the victims in question. Greediness is tearing our world apart. Psychology today has explained why the rich is greedy.
Carnally minded people are everywhere. The Devil uses them as a tool of destruction. ‘Robin’ has two cars, ‘John’ has only one so he begins to find any means necessary to own two or three cars. It this kind of competition going to help our societies?.
Gratefulness Within Contentment
Many have failed to realize how blessed they are. Each day more than 5,000 people die, millions of people have no shelter, they rarely get food and water and almost half of the world’s population is suffering from poverty.
“But godliness with contentment is a great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, so neither can we carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.”
(1 Timothy 6:6-8)
Being rich is not about material gains but the impacts you make in the lives of people who need help. The rich are always increasing his income and the poor will see no change in life.
If you call yourself a God fearing person; then you have to be thankful to the Lord in every situation you find yourself. Learn about these Bible verses to be thankful to God all the time.
Together we can make the world a better place. If we allow contentment to be part and parcel of our lives. There is no need craving for more. If you have money, food, material wealth etc. be generous and touch as many hearts as you could. The payoff is much greater than you could ever think of.
There is an African proverb the says;
“If one person gets satisfied on food, the township become quite and boring.”
Instead of being greedy for more money and wealth be content with what you have. Open your arms in love. Touch the heart of people who need help. Be generous and never idolize your wealth, nor money.
