♦ Take a lot of water when you experience pains such as headache or migraine.Experts say it is not everyone who benefits from drinking of water as a means of enduring pain. If the pain occurs as a result of or related to a fluid and electrolyte imbalance it will go.
♦ Self Distraction:If any part of your body aches. There is a simple and quicker way to deal with it.Just ignore the pains by setting your mind on something else.I mean something pleasant. Here is like telling your brain to stop sending signal of pains instead of “feel good” signals.

Lets say you are in a restricted area,you feel like peeing,there is no washroom for you.Holding up your pee has resulted in abdominal pain and great discomfort.Practically, you can deal with such pain. Just think about sex.It will distract your brain to hold back the urine. At least for a little longer.But please if you have bladder infection don’t do it.It will spread bacteria into your body.

Emotional pain could be broken heart, depression, fear, etc.Sometimes simple insults can bring intense pain to people. Derogatory words can breakdown ones confidence and happiness as well.
Most people are unable to control their emotions.Such type of pains may bring about over thinking leading to psychological defects which is very dangerous.
Emotions are strong part of human feelings. To fall in deep emotional trouble is very bad. A typical example is seeing your favourite football team lose in a crucial match. It hurts right?.
